Return & Exchange Policy

At Naqqash, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn't right with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To qualify, the item must:

Be unworn and unused
Be in its original condition
Have all original tags and labels attached
Be returned in its original packaging
Have no stains, marks, odors, damage, or alterations
Include proof of purchase or the original order details

Items that don't meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. No Cash Refunds

Naqqash does not offer cash refunds for returned products.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, the value of the eligible returned item can be used toward the purchase of another product from Naqqash.

If the replacement product costs more than the returned item, you'll need to pay the difference.

If you choose a lower-priced product, the remaining amount will not be refunded in cash.

3. Exchanges

You may exchange an eligible item for another available product within the 7-day return and exchange period.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your preferred item, colour, size, or design isn't available, our customer support team can help you choose another available product.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Different from the product you ordered

Please contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp or email and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Once the issue is verified, Naqqash will arrange an appropriate replacement or exchange.

If the mistake is from our side, Naqqash will cover the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, product condition, or other applicable reasons, certain items may not qualify for return or exchange.

Items may also be refused if they have been:

Worn or used
Washed
Altered
Damaged after delivery
Stained or marked
Returned without original tags
Returned outside the 7-day period

Sale, clearance, or specially discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Return Shipping

Before sending an item back, please contact Naqqash customer support and request a return or exchange.

Do not send a parcel back without first contacting us.

If you're returning or exchanging an item because of a change of mind, preference, color, or another reason that isn't caused by an error from Naqqash, the customer will be responsible for the return and replacement shipping costs.

If Naqqash sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we'll cover the applicable shipping costs after the issue has been verified.

Our team will provide the return address and instructions after your request is approved.

7. Return Inspection

All returned products are inspected before an exchange or replacement is approved.

If the item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, stains, odors, or improper handling, Naqqash reserves the right to decline the return or exchange.
